Scott Pelton, Principal
Scott helps organizations move from complexity to clarity through strategy, structure, and execution. Across the nonprofit, civic, startup, and corporate sectors, he has led teams, designed, directed, and executed policy campaigns, negotiated contracts, and built systems that keep organizations operationally and financially aligned. He is known for pairing big-picture vision with practical execution—and for his dogged commitment to helping communities, businesses, and leaders organize, focus, and deliver results.
Scott’s work is deeply rooted in place. Having lived in Bellingham for nearly 30 years, he has helped advance initiatives that made the region more equitable, livable, and prosperous. To accomplish this he has worked with state, local and regional elected officials, staff and decision makers.
He has supported the city’s arts and culture, served on nonprofit boards, organized neighborhoods, and worked on campaigns that have strengthened the community he loves.
Clients and collaborators know him as someone who asks the right questions, creates structure that lasts, and pushes teams forward with clarity, confidence, and momentum.
